I enjoy coming to this location; however, it is sometimes hit or miss.
There are times the food is really good and others the food feels rushed and undercooked.
The service is decent.  I like to sit outside, but they do allow smoking.  Would like to see this discontinued.  People are eating and someone lights up.  Not fun.  Can ruin a great meal.
Overall though, if your looking for a good Cuban meal, this is a great place.  Taken many guests here and they have enjoyed.

Place doesnt say much from the outside, its pretty spacious, good for families or small groups, typical latin america feel, the croquetas were good even tho Im not a fan of this type of breading, coffee and sangria were good and cheap, eggs were a bit burnt and too much for my taste, the hash browns are actually tater tots BUT very yummy, the papa a la casa are boiled w a garlic type sauce, tasted good but maybe for lunch to heavy for bfast. Service was welcoming and friendly

If you want amazing home style Cuban cooking look no further. Everything is delicious!

Today I had the Bistec Empanisado (breaded flank steak) with Congri (rice cooked with red beans), and fried sweet plantains.

Try the Carne con Papa (Beef and potato's), and the Chicken steak covered in cooked onions too.

    Consistently delicious.

BEST cuban sandwich in Miami. Look no further for consistently delicious Cuban food. Try the croquetas de jamon. Breakfast is bueno, bonito y barato.

When I want delicious Cuban food that reminds me of my grandma's cooking when I was a kid, this is where I go. I've been here several times and the food never ever disappoints.

Aside from boasting with authentic flavor, the prices are low and the portions are huge. A basket of warm Cuban bread smothered in butter is served before your food and it's so hard to not ruin your appetite, and resist the bread!

Some of my favorite things to get here are chicken soup, palomilla steak, and grilled chicken. Also, not only is this spot a great place for lunch and dinner, they also serve breakfast. And, they have a bakery on the opposite side of the restaurant, too!

Parking is a bit limited though and service may not be the warmest, but it is quick.

I'll end this review with one last recommendation -- find room for dessert. Whether it's a batido or mamey flan, you won't regret it.
